Rental market: There is a strong rental market with all of the local amenities and short walks to the beach. Highlight the conveniences in town and nearby necessities such as ACME (our main food store), the post office, or St. Francis church and community center.
Lot sizes: There is a mix of different lot sizes in Brant Beach and many of them support new construction. There are lots with 40 feet of frontage and ones with 70 feet of frontage.
