I do not just sell homes on Long Beach Island. I understand how they work.
I grew up spending every summer on LBI and started my career here as an ocean lifeguard for Long Beach Township, protecting the beaches and later teaching the Lifeguard in Training program. I know the island block by block. But local knowledge alone is not enough in this market.
After earning a degree in Real Estate and Finance from Monmouth University, I worked with institutional owners like Vornado and CBRE, analyzing leases, managing class A office assets, and underwriting transactions. That background shapes how I advise clients today.
On LBI, real estate decisions hinge on more than views and proximity to the ocean. Elevation certificates, flood zones, zoning restrictions, CAFRA thresholds, Permits, bulkheads, rental cash flow, and insurance costs all impact long term value. I help clients understand those variables before they write an offer.
I specialize in residential home sales and the summer rental market across Long Beach Island. Whether you are buying in Beach Haven, Surf City, or Loveladies, my role is to make sure the numbers make sense and the risk is understood.
