I didn't come to LBI real estate through one path — I came through several, and I think that's what makes me different.
I grew up spending every summer on this island in the Beach Haven Park section. I learned the island block by block, not from a map, but from years of lifeguarding for Long Beach Township — patrolling the beaches, learning the neighborhoods, and eventually teaching the next generation of guards. These life experiences gave me knowledge of the island beyond what you can get from a general license course.
From there I went to Monmouth University, earned a degree in Real Estate and Finance, and spent time working in corporate real estate with institutional owners like Vornado and CBRE. I was analyzing leases, negotiating terms, and managing class A assets in New York City & NJ. That kind of training taught me to look at a property from multiple different angles.
I have been working alongside one of the most experienced realtors on the island, Shawn Corson, someone who has redeveloped 40+ homes and has served many clients in his real estate career. That means when I walk through a property with you, I'm not just thinking about the view. I'm thinking about flood zones, elevation certificates, CAFRA, rental income potential, and if there is long term value to be found.
I specialize in residential home sales and the summer rental market across Long Beach Island. Whether you are buying in Beach Haven, Surf City, or Loveladies, my role is to make sure the numbers make sense, the risk is understood, and you are finding your forever home.
