I don’t just sell homes on LBI—I live, breathe, and surf all 18 miles of the island, giving me a unique perspective on the market. Having spent every summer here since childhood, I know LBI’s neighborhoods, beaches, and local businesses inside and out. My deep connection to the island, combined with a background in real estate investment and finance, allows me to help clients not just find a home, but make a smart, long term decision that fits their lifestyle and financial goals.

I started my career on LBI as an ocean lifeguard for Long Beach Township, where I protected our beaches and later taught the Lifeguard in Training program. After earning a degree in Real Estate and Finance from Monmouth University, I worked with industry leaders like Vornado and CBRE, managing class A office buildings and leasing space to growing companies. Now, I bring that numbers-driven expertise back to LBI, specializing in investment properties, vacation homes, and the summer rental market.

With my deep knowledge of LBI and a background in real estate investment, I help buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence, ensuring you get the best value for your home or investment.
