Beach Haven Crest is a small section of Long Beach Township located on the southern end of Long Beach Island. The real estate market in Crest consists of single-family homes, duplexes, condos, and commercial spaces. One of the top requests we receive from rental clients is to be close to the beach. Beach Haven Crest features short blocks, making for a quick walk to the beach, which attracts both locals and renters alike. Several streets in Crest are prone to flooding, so it’s important to be aware of which ones they are before touring the market. Improvements to the runoff systems in this area were completed in 2024, and they have made a noticeable impact! The beaches here are a good size, offering ample space to relax, while still buzzing with energy. The section is located south of Brant Beach and north of Brighton Beach. Affordability is above average, and with its location on the southern end of the island, Crest is a must-see for many buyers.
Fun Fact: The lifeguards who patrol the Crest section also protect the beaches from 70th Street in Brant Beach all the way to 114th Street in Haven Beach!
