North Beach is just north of Surf City and south of Harvey Cedars. North Beach is a small neighborhood and is just under 10 minutes to the bridge. It is the closest neighborhood to the bridge with estate like homes and 100x100 lot sizes. An added bonus is its proximity to Surf City, a bustling downtown to spend the day or night out.
North Beach is a quiet neighborhood that is part of the Long Beach Township municipality. The town is an upscale exclusive community where homes sit on expansive lots. Deeded access is required for beach access although there are a couple of public parking lots to be aware of if you do not have access up a private tract in your deed. Beach access is one of the many novelty’s of the neighborhood.

The quiet beaches offer an excellent place for advanced waterman to surf, bodysurf, swim, and fish, while neighboring Surf City has places where beginners can get lessons. North Beach neighbors Harvey Cedars which also has a downtown area that hosts weekly summer concerts and is a great place for family & friends.
